Randall Bickle, DO, JD, CPE, FAAPL, is the CEO and medical director of Olympia Medical LLC and a family practice physician at St. Joe’s Medical Group. A member of the AAPL Board of Directors and a board-certified physician in family practice and geriatrics, Bickle has been practicing medicine for more than 30 years. In this practical podcast, Mike Sacopulos interviews Dr. Bickle on mentoring physicians, what makes for a beneficial mentor/mentee relationship, and some hints on getting started as a mentor.
